Chrysoeriol 7-galactoside is practically insoluble (in water) and a very weakly acidic compound (based on its pKa). Chrysoeriol 7-galactoside can be found in barley, which makes chrysoeriol 7-galactoside a potential biomarker for the consumption of this food product.
